We had very nice, spacious room with huge balcony, very clean, bed was comfortable and huge. From the hotel we had direct acces to the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas were included. Location was perfect, 10 minutes by taxi to Ocean Drive. Near hotel are many shops, restaurants and coffe shops, including CVS supermarkt open 24 hours. Very nice accent from the hotel side was a bottle of champagne gifted by them for our anniversary! Strongly recommend!!!

The staff are terrific however the room was really dirty the toilet and shower didnt appear to be cleaned prior to check Also it wasnt until after confirming booking that they tell you the pool was being renovated so your spending your money to listen to construction instead of relaxing Yes it might seem a little entitled but we work hard to then get away for just two or 3 days and dont want them spent being miserable especially if we are going to pay for it.

The location is great as it is right along the beach and close to south beach. I loved that you could text to get your car from valet so you didnt need to wait as the car was usually waiting for us. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great view of the beach from our room. We stayed in a suite which was quite spacious and had two washrooms so I didnt have to share with my sons . Rooms were cleaned daily and the condition of the room and facilities were very clean.
